Therapy arises because people don't feel heard by others or by themselves. In the absence of being able to listen to others as part of normal social life, therapy can help address these difficulties

Personal Philosophy
I am devoted to offering excellent counseling and therapeutic services that strengthen individuals, families, and communities. I provide these services with integrity, a caring spirit, and with respect to individual needs. I maintain certain values and ethics as I offer my assistance. I follow the NASW Code of Ethics and strongly believe that:
- Individuals have the right to self-determination.
- Individuals have the right to confidentiality.
- Individuals deserve respect and a right to preserve dignity and self-worth.
- Individuals have an innate capacity for change.
- Individuals have a right to receive services in a non-judgmental setting.
Therapeutic Approach
My style of therapy/counseling is eclectic with an emphasis on strengths, positive energy and belief in empowerment. I trust systems approach, prefer internal family systems, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy.
Complete confidentiality is always guaranteed except in cases where one is a potential threat to self or others. In such cases, I am mandated by law to make a report.
